Charleston Park

Private outdoor living in a genuinely connected neighborhood

Charleston Park is known for beautiful detached homes, welcoming sidewalks and the kind of neighborliness that cannot be manufactured. A Sunshine Committee welcomes new residents, while two distinct parks give the neighborhood places to gather: one with a broad green, fire pit, shaded path, benches and a swing, and another with a separate gazebo. Many homes extend daily life into private courtyards, gardens, patios and covered porches. Lawn maintenance is included for a quarterly fee, and a golf-cart tunnel connects residents to the larger Georgia Club experience. It is social without feeling crowded, and private without feeling removed.
