The original section was built between 2019 and 2021 and forms a loop along Lakewood Park and Georgia Club Drive. Homes along Lakewood Park enjoy golf course views, while those along Georgia Club Drive look toward green space, the community post office and The Georgia Club's pickleball courts. Nine homes within this first phase are located in Oconee County. All nine are along Georgia Club Drive, with green-space views from the front and beautiful golf views from the back. The remaining homes in the original section are in Barrow County.

A second group of nine homes was added in 2021 and 2022 along Lakewood Park Court and Georgia Club Drive. All nine are in Barrow County. Five face Lakewood Park Green, an expansive shared outdoor space with open, tiered lawns and two firepit gathering areas. The green serves both Lakewood Village and Lakewood Manor, creating a natural place to meet neighbors, relax outside or enjoy an evening around the fire.

The homes sit fairly close together, with the approximately five-foot measurement applying to the side lot lines between neighboring houses.
