Bessbrook Square Park sits at the center of the North Hill Courtyard neighborhood and gives residents another place to enjoy life outdoors. There is also a personal story behind these homes. Rob designed and built all of the original North Hill Courtyard Homes. While developing the plans, we traveled to Florida's west coast and toured courtyard homes that often had a Mediterranean feel. Rob took the best parts of that indoor-outdoor lifestyle and reimagined them for The Georgia Club, adding Southern front porches, distinctive columns, two-story porch designs, and courtyards intentionally sized for pools, water features, and everyday enjoyment. Those original plans later helped inspire the Oconee Springs Courtyard Homes.
