The Oconee Springs Courtyard Homes reveal themselves gradually. From the street, the architecture feels gracious and composed. Inside, many homes are arranged around private open-air courtyards with pools, covered porches and secluded backyards. The design creates an effortless rhythm between indoors and out. Nearby Oconee Springs parks, playgrounds, walking paths and the community fire pit give residents another way to gather, while the post office and golf-cart tunnel make the larger club easy to reach. Rob designed the majority of these homes, and Sarah’s family lived in one when they first moved to The Georgia Club.
