Oconee Springs Courtyard

A private retreat with community just beyond it

The Courtyard Homes along Greenleffe Drive offer one of the most distinctive ways to live in The Georgia Club. From the street, you may not realize what is waiting inside. Walk through the front door and you are often welcomed into a private open-air courtyard, with the home thoughtfully arranged around it.

That design creates a wonderful rhythm of indoor and outdoor living. Morning coffee moves outside, doors stay open, friends gather around the pool, and evenings linger a little longer under the covered porch. Many homes have private pools and secluded backyards, making home feel like a personal retreat.

Yet life here is not only private. The Oconee Springs parks are central to the neighborhood, with playgrounds, shaded picnic areas, green space, walking paths, and a community firepit that create natural places for children to play, neighbors to visit, and friendships to grow. The neighborhood post office and golf cart tunnel are also nearby, making it easy to connect with the club amenities and the rest of The Georgia Club.

This neighborhood is especially meaningful to our family. My husband, Rob, designed the majority of the Oconee Springs Courtyard Homes, and when we first moved to The Georgia Club, we lived in one ourselves. Some of our favorite family memories were made here, along with lifelong friendships we still treasure.

The Courtyard Homes combine privacy, low-maintenance living, and a true sense of community. Lawn maintenance is included for a quarterly fee, giving residents more time to enjoy their homes, the parks, and the resort-like lifestyle surrounding them. It is a neighborhood that feels peaceful and tucked away, while still making it easy to feel connected to life in The Georgia Club.
