  • RESI, LLC, is the company that builds single family residential homes ranging from highly designed townhome style condos to creatively crafted and constructed courtyard style and custom homes. Home prices range from the $400,000 to Million dollar plus. In 2022, SLL oversaw the construction of 17 homes with another 20 homes planned 2023. RESI, LLC builds in both metro Atlanta, at Mason Flats, and in the Athens area, at The Georgia Club. Mason Flats is an enclave of 37 boutique townhome style condos located just 1.9 miles from the East Atlanta Village. The Georgia Clubs is a premier gated community with 27 holes of championship golf, on-site dining, a fitness and aquatic center, tennis, walking trails, community garden and event facilities, located miles from The University of Georgia.

  • Welcome Home Atl, LLC, is the company that provides property management services specifically for single family homes. Our philosophy for successful financial results for our owners stems from our strong desire to serve the needs of our residents who in turn take great care of their home and pay their rent on time. We maintain a service mentality and treat our residents with respect and kindness. Our team proactively maintain our properties to avoid costly expenses that can occur when routine maintenance is ignored. The rental properties managed by WHA, LLC are largely in the metro Atlanta area.

  • Sarah Lee, the founder of SLL, also personally invests in residential real estate through various LLCs. This investment track record spanning over 25 years as well as the continued experience garnered from investment activities, makes Sarah and her team unique qualified to serve SLL clients in all areas of real estate. From buying, to selling, to investing, to 1031exchanges, to property management, and beyond, Sarah is in the trenches on the daily. She brings this experience to bear as she serves clients in all areas of her business.
