We are looking for a licensed Realtor that shares our love of real estate, serving clients through real estate, and having fun while doing both, to join our Oconee/Athens Team. The ideal candidate should be a licensed real estate agent with 1 to 2 years of general real estate that wants to gain further experience serving both buyers and sellers. This individual will earn Sarah Lee Living leads in the Oconee/Athens area as well as hone the skills it takes to work their network to generate their own leads. They must have the desire to take their real estate business to the next level, the drive to take the required action which will lead them to success, and the confidence to know they can do it. This individual will receive invaluable mentoring from Sarah Lee and have access to nationally renowned sales trainers and support as they actively contribute to the SLL general real estate business and grow their own client base. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.

The ideal candidate should be a licensed real estate agent with 1 to 2 years of general real estate that wants to gain further experience serving buyers. This individual will earn Sarah Lee Living leads in the Atlanta area as well as hone the skills it takes to work their network to generate their own buyer and listing leads. They must have the desire to take their real estate business to the next level, the drive to take the required action which will lead them to success, and the confidence to know they can do it. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, marketing, and social media skills. A critical component to the success of this individual will be their willingness to work in our East Atlanta Model Home in our gated community four to five days a week. This individual will receive invaluable mentoring from Sarah Lee and have access to nationally renowned sales trainers and support as they actively contribute to the SLL new construction and general real estate business and grow their own independent client base. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.
