Led by Sarah Lee, a real estate veteran with decades of experience in all areas of residential real estate, our team provides personalized advice and strategic insights to help you make informed investment decisions.

It is hard to find someone as knowledgeable (and passionate) about residential real estate investment as Sarah. She is the founder of the Sarah Lee Living brand and the collection of full-service real estate companies that provide our service offerings across the spectrum of real estate. Sarah has been in the real estate business in some form or fashion for the past 25 years and has learned so much through her personal experience. She bought her first home at the age of 24 as a W2 employee and grew the beginnings of her personal real estate portfolio by the time she was 28. At 29, after having her first daughter, she began doing real estate-related work full-time learning all aspects of new home construction.

Over the years, Sarah has helped both individuals and real estate investment companies with the purchase of over 5000 single-family homes, has overseen the construction and renovations of hundreds of homes, has invested personally in her own cash flowing real estate portfolio, and has managed investment properties on both a large and smaller scale … She loves it all!

Sarah didn’t come from a “real estate family”, so she has learned all she knows about real estate from digging in and learning for herself. When serving her clients in their own real estate pursuits, she brings this experience to bear, giving her clients the benefits of the lessons she has learned the hard way, through blood, sweat, and tears. She made the rookie mistakes years ago and since then has established proven guidelines and developed systems to mitigate risk and ensure desired results.

As Sarah says in her own words, “Real estate is so many things to me. It has provided me with a progression of family homes for my party of six to grow and thrive in while building a nest egg for our family’s future. It has enabled me to invest in tangible, appreciating assets that provide real cash flow, tax advantages, and long-term personal wealth. It has introduced me to some of the most amazing people, from clients to colleagues to trade partners, who have enriched my life. Real Estate is providing me with a platform to grow a sustainable family business that will provide long-term value for my girls and even better, a place where we can work together daily. Lastly, real estate has provided me with a purpose and has allowed me to positively impact my clients and their families as I help them make their real estate dreams a reality. It is for all these reasons that I set up the Sarah Lee Living Advisory Services platform, to educate, serve, and empower others to pursue their real estate dreams.”
