We'll begin the evening with a sparkling welcome: Gérard Bertrand Crémant Brut, followed by two elegant whites—Castellum Sauvignon Blanc and Cigalus Blanc. Then, enjoy the depth and richness of two distinctive reds—Castellum Rouge and La Forge Corbières Rouge.
