Hey there! I’m Sarah Lee the founder of the Sarah Lee Living brand and the collection of full-service real estate companies that provide our service offerings including general real estate, new home construction, property management, investment services and agent coaching. I have been in the real estate business in some form or fashion for the past 23 years and have learned so much through my personal experience. I bought my first home at the age of 24 as a W2 employee and grew the beginnings of my personal real estate portfolio by the time I was 28. At 29, when I had my first daughter, I began doing real estate related work full time.

Time sure does fly, and now I am the wife to my college sweetheart, momma to 4 amazing girls (and two dogs), and a business owner with a passion for empowering others in business, especially other women. Over the years, I have helped both individuals and real estate investment companies with the purchase of over 5000 single family homes, have overseen the construction and renovations of hundreds of homes, have invested personally in my own real estate portfolio, have managed investment properties on both a large and smaller scale … and I love it all!

I don’t come from a real estate family, so I have learned all I know about real estate from digging in and learning for myself. When serving my clients in their own real estate pursuits, I bring all my experience to bear, giving my clients the benefits of the lessons I have learned the hard way, through blood, sweat and tears.

Real estate is so many things to me. It has provided me with a progression of family homes for my party of six to grow and thrive, while building a nest egg for our family’s future. It has enabled me to invest in a tangible, appreciating assets that provide real cash flow, tax advantages, and long-term personal wealth. It has introduced me to some of the most amazing people, from clients, to colleagues, to trade partners, that have enriched my life. Real Estate is providing me with a platform to grow a sustainable, family business that will provide long term value for my girls and even better, a place where we can work together on the daily. Lastly, real estate has provided me with a purpose and has allowed me to positively impact my clients and their families as I help them make their real estate dreams a reality. It is for all these reasons that I set up the Sarah Lee Living umbrella to educate, serve and empower others to pursue their own real estate dreams.
